PIERRE FABRE ITALIA S.P.A. IS USING NILOAGENT, SOFTWARE FOR SALES AGENT MANAGEMENT

Pierre Fabre Italia S.p.A. is using niloAGENT by Nilobit CZ, software for the management of operative, tax and remuneration agendas of sales agents, from invoice issuing to calculating payments to the certification of ENSARCO contributions to severance pay calculations.
The software allows for data exchange with other systems used by Pierre Fabre, such as ERP Microsoft Dynamics, from which niloAGENT imports final invoice amounts for commission calculations and then creates a summary of accounting entries for each sales agent, then imported back to ERP.
We use niloAGENT mainly because of its focus on compliance with tax legislation and commitments towards government agencies and institutions.
